News release: H2FLY Completes World’s First Piloted Flight of a Liquid Hydrogen-Electric Aircraft

H2FLY’s hydrogen aircraft (‘HY4’) completed four piloted flight tests. Results showed that liquid hydrogen doubled the range of the HY4 (compared to using gaseous hydrogen), marking a critical step towards long-range, emissions-free commercial flights.

SEA-KIT won ZEVI funding to design a hydrogen vessel, known as the Zero Emissions Ports Hydrogen Refilling Survey Vessel (ZEPHR). Funding will also help develop green hydrogen infrastructure and a hydrogen refilling station.
